Our family
We are a family of four that left our ordinary life back in 2018 on a pursuit of adventure, to reconnect ourselves as a family and grow as individuals, to cut the noise and distractions of what society was telling us was the best way, to carve our own path, to live more and worry less, to embrace the natural living world around us, to write our own story!
This is our story of how a dream became a reality, how we transformed our lifestyle and began living a more aligned and intentional life, how an RV trip across North America with a goal of having less and living more continues to positively impact our lives today! And how our appreciation for the healing benefits of nature has grown immensely!

Mel
As a nurturing & enthusiastic person she is committed to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She deeply understands the importance of what we consume and how that impacts our body.
She takes a “food is medicine” approach while creating her daily culinary delights.
She enjoys teaching and helping others understand the natural world.
Mel excites and is loved by all who have the opportunity to meet her!

Doug
A jack of all trades with years of experience in earthworks, project management throughout the construction trades, building inspection, residential energy consulting, permaculture and graphic design, amongst many other hobbies. Doug has a passionate spirit for life & his fun-loving edgy humor keeps us all entertained & comforted while steering the ship.
Teegan
Is the gentle soul that loves the spotlight. Excited for adventure, his thirst for knowledge, openness & eccentric personality will shine in every adventure we embark upon!
Teegan is also our walking, talking encyclopedia, he adores geography and languages.
He is currently studying Spanish, playing basketball, coding computer games and is an aspiring musician looking forward to starting a band!

Hudson
Is strong willed, intelligent & curious. He loves to learn how things work & will be our first volunteer whenever help is needed.
He always returns home from any adventure with a pocket full of natures treasures.
Hudson is also a Lego Master Builder. He enjoys the preforming arts and has recently taken up Taekwondo. He is a pleasure to be around, is always thinking one step ahead & keeps us wildly entertained!
